Deposit Policy

At WAT Decor & Design, each piece is made with care, creativity, and high-quality materials. To begin the creation process, we require a 35% non-refundable deposit on all orders.

🔹 Why is a deposit required?

Your deposit covers the cost of materials and secures your spot in our production schedule. Because all of our products are handmade and customized, this deposit ensures we can begin crafting your item with the attention it deserves.

🔹 When is the deposit due?

The 35% deposit is due at the time the order is placed. We cannot begin working on your order until the deposit has been received.

🔹 Is the deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable. Once materials are purchased and production begins, the deposit cannot be returned or transferred to another order.

🔹 What happens after I pay my deposit?

Once your deposit is received, we will begin work on your custom piece. When your order is complete, you will be notified and the remaining balance will be due before pickup or shipping.
