Refund Policy
At WAT Decor & Design, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade pieces tailored just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we have the following policies in place:
No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the cost of materials and the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer a one-time complimentary makeover to ensure your satisfaction.
Deposits
A 35% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. This deposit is used to begin working on your item and to cover initial material costs. Once production has started, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your order. Orders will not be shipped or made available for pickup until the full balance is paid.
