Processing Times
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
- We primarily ship through USPS / UPS / FedEx, with delivery typically taking 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons, shipping delays may occur due to carrier volume. We recommend placing your order early to ensure on-time delivery.
